  • In this article, we’ll see what a normal person with minimum resources and zero-knowledge can do to become a better, and gradually, the best version of themselves.
  • There are a lot of people who want to get on the road of Self-Improvement and don’t know where to start but not after reading this.
  • If you follow along with my content, we’re gonna get from level zero (i.e, ‘the lazy, depressed, procrastinating, unfit me), and reach the level where we won’t look up to anyone else and also we’ll be happy in our own skin.
  • Health is probably the MOST IMPORTANT factor of a person’s life and if we take care of it, we can do all the things we aspire to do Happily and Confidently.

So, let’s start on this interesting journey and reach the peak TOGETHER.

What does ‘Being healthy’ actually mean?

Most of the time people confuse the idea of ‘Health’ with things like not eating what they like, being on a diet all the freaking time and a lot of things like that. But what does being healthy actually mean?

According to WHO

Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” In 1986, the WHO made further clarifications: … In 2009, researchers publishing inThe Lancet defined health as the ability of a body to adapt to new threats and infirmities.

In simple words, the ‘Final Destination’ is ‘Being Happy’. Being happy with the way you look and with the way you feel. Being free of depressions, anxieties, low self-esteem, poor body image, etc.

Enough of boring you people with the facts, So, let’s get to

‘It’s all in your mind’.

Every single thing in your life starts and ends with your mind. There’s nothing you can or can’t do if u set your mind away from or towards a goal.

You can do anything you put your mind to. Getting fit at home will be very easy.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING (in order to Get fit ) IS

To accept the fact that YOU ARE UGLY AND UNFIT if you feel it but you are too insecure to accept the truth. ( In case of physical health and appearance.)

I am just being real with you. Not to offend anyone but everyone knows who and what they are.

I see unhealthy and unfit people who say ‘I Love the way I am and the way I look’ but they have very low self-esteem. They don’t like it when people call them ‘fat’ or words like that. I am totally against body shaming but let’s face the facts, we CANNOT CHANGE PEOPLE. If things like this bother you then you gotta change it and show all the people around you that YOU CAN DO IT.

If you are not bothered with anyone saying anything or the way you look and the way you are, there’s no point in reading this.

I know this point had nothing specific but trust me,




Start Drinking!

I cannot stress this enough but drinking more water will immediately make you feel healthy. I know at the start you’ll have to pee a lot and I’ve been there but trust me, it’s worth it.

Drink your way to better health. DRINK WATER!!!!!!

Green tea

Drinking green tea has a lot of benefits that I cannot even list them all. Green tea will make you feel energetic and refreshed although it doesn’t taste good. (Beer doesn’t taste good either!!). It will help you in

  • Losing weight
  • It improves brain function.
  • Contains Antioxidants
  • Help prevent cardiovascular diseases and so on…….


Water and Green Tea are like ‘Amrit’ so… DRINK!!!


Limber Up!

Just like we limber up before running or a workout, consider this stage – ‘A Limber Up’.

Start Slow. Limber Up. and Get fit at Home.

In this stage right now, you are preparing to start on a journey to be physically fit so take it slow. Don’t Rush.

You cannot go to the gym and lift 50 kg without being able to lift lighter weights. In the same way, you cannot perform High-Intensity Workouts if you can’t even go through your cardio without getting exhausted. So, start with very low-intensity workouts, it can be just Cardio for 30 minutes every day. If you follow all the tips alongside, You will be good.



Focus on certain Body Parts

This is a very helpful way to keep you going.

After doing cardio for a week or two, try and focus on certain body parts and it will keep you motivated and will keep you going.

  • If you are a Guy-

Focus on your upper body i.e, arms, shoulders, back, chest, and abs. Working on these parts will help you achieve visible results fast, especially the arms, shoulder, and back. When you’ll see that you are getting results, it will Push you to Work Harder.

  • If you are a Girl-

Focus on you lower and mid-body first. Especially your lower body. This will help you to make your abs and buttocks stronger and better and who doesn’t like a ‘Good looking Ass’ and a few abs that show.



‘You are what you Eat’

Whenever we hear the word – ‘Diet’, we always get a feeling that we’ll have to stop eating everything that we eat now and we gotta eat a lot of vegetables and boiled food. This is true IF you are at an intermediate or high level of physical fitness and you want to be shredded but in your case, you are a beginner and you’ll have to make changes but they’ll not be drastic.

We’ll make our way up to it but for now, we don’t have to be a Giraffe or something.

For a start, focus on

DO NOT eat these if you wanna get Fit at Home.

  • What you will not eat-
  1. Packaged wafers/chips etc. (can eat it once in a week)
  2. All the junk food like Maggi, kinds of pasta, etc. (This can be eaten once in a week for a few weeks)
  3. Fried food (If you want to lose fat but it should be okay if you wanna bulk up)
  4. Soda, carbonated drinks, etc. (Completely stop drinking those)
Eat these and Get fit at Home. not all of them.

  • What you will eat-
  1. Healthy ‘Major meals’ (Breakfast Lunch and dinner)
  2. Green tea (2-3 times a day)
  3. Protein-rich food (eggs, fish, pulses, etc.)
  4. Fruits (twice a day)
